U.S. previous year editions of the North American Standard Out-of-Service Criteria (OOSC) are available in English and if ordered from this link will be provided in an 8 1/2 x 11 format only. Canadian previous year editions of the OOSC are available in English and if ordered will be provided in an 8 1/2 x 11 format only, but cannot be ordered from this link. Also, not all previous years of the North American Standard Out-of-Service Criteria were translated into Spanish and French.

Please note, the only difference between the U.S. and Canadian editions of the OOSC, is that the U.S. edition includes the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation (FMCSR) violation codes as a reference.
