•	Category I - Organization/Trade Association $950.00

•	Category II - Trucking Company, Bus Company, Safety Supplier/Vendor, Insurance Company, Training Institution/Consultants, Others $650.00

•	Category III - State/Provincial Trucking Association $450.00

•	Category IV - Small Fleet/Owner Operator $225.00

•	Apply to become an Associate Member with CVSA.
