CVSA Polo Shirts Custom Order

This is a special offer for member jurisdictions who wish to order polo shirts with embroidered CVSA logo. Special order polo shirts may include such things as "CERTIFIED", "INSTRUCTOR", Department/Agency Name, Juisdiction, etc. All polo shirts must be identical (except sizes) and a minimum order of 50 is required.

Be sure to order your specific sizes and you will get to pick the color!
